Anna graduated in Art Curation and Graphic Design from the University of Fine Arts in Poznań. During her studies and after graduation, she gained experience working in art galleries and design studios in Poland and abroad. She worked at Galerie Nordenhake in Stockholm, Pablo and Paul in Munich, the Centre for Contemporary Art (CSW) in Warsaw, and the Museum of Modern Art (MSN) in Warsaw. She further developed her graphic design skills at the EDHV studio in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. In 2018, she spent six months on a scholarship in Hong Kong, where she worked as a teaching assistant at the Hong Kong Design Institute.
In 2017, she founded Extra Studio, which she ran for several years together with Marta Kowalczyk. In 2024, she transformed Extra Studio into Anna Jęchorek Studio.
Within the studio, she carries out comprehensive graphic design projects and occasionally works as a curator (in 2019, she co-curated an exhibition of Polish design in Beijing and Chengdu together with Andżelika Jabłońska). In her graphic projects, she combines experience in graphic design with extensive knowledge of art history and design. She creates comprehensive visual identities and wayfinding systems. She approaches each project individually and believes that good research determines the quality of the outcome. In the implementation process, she often collaborates with local craftsmen, whose contributions add a unique character to her work.
